Ingredients:
- Leftover bread crusts or stale bread
- 480 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 2.5 g cinnamon
- 40 g raisins (optional)
Method:
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and place the bread crusts inside. In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the bread crusts, making sure they are well soaked. Sprinkle raisins on top if using. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the pudding is set and golden brown.
